ACS(Indep) IB Class of 2008 Reunion
Stepping back into the familiar grounds of 121 Dover Road, memories of my 6yrs education in ACS(Indep) rushed immediately into my mind…
Most people would have probably grown tired of hearing me say…
- how much I miss school
- how much I miss those times I spent with my classmates, in particular those in sec4 and yr5-6
- how much I miss those wonderful experiences obtained during activities like centrestage etc.
Yet, I never once fail to admit that I really miss those, in ACS lingo, good times!
Today’s reunion not only brought back those laughter I used to hear along the corridors or in the classrooms, it also brought to me those memories that I hold close to my heart.
1) Joshua Cao’s spontaneous and hilarious performances
2) The unforgettable SAC food (although the famous xiaoji was missing from the menu)
3) Usual small chit-chats about anything under the sun
4) Wonderful teachers I have whom I can call friends now
And many more…
The future is uncertain yet what is certain is that the ACS blood inside the students of Class of 2008 will always be the bond between each and every one of us. We proudly call ourselves ACSians and in Lex’s words: the greatest class ever to grace the school. Never mind the fact that most of us are all around the globe embarking on our next journey of life, deep down inside our heart, we know that we will never walk alone! =D
If you’re alone, I’ll be your shadow. If you want to cry, I’ll be your shoulder. If you want a hug, I’ll be your pillow. If you need to be happy, I’ll be your smile. But anytime you need a friend, I’ll just be me.
