Day 1 of prelims.
this post will probably will a rather long post…but ill try 2 cut it short =)
Yesterday: My uncle’s wedding
woke up @ 4am for preparations. left house @ 6am to fetch bride. had to play "games" before we were allowed into the house. "games" included finding missing puzzle pieces without the use of hands from a trough of flour, push-ups, writing a 4-line poem etc. took photos at bride’s house before heading to grandparents house for tea ceremony. after tea ceremony…sat around and interacted with relatives…then emo one corner study history. went to hairdresser to get my hair done before going to the hotel for the solemnization ceremony. cocktail party was at 6.30pm…more photos taken. dinner started at 8pm…even more photos taken. met distant relatives that i havent seen in ages…so made new "friends" even though they were like distant distant distant distant cousins. drank like 20glasses of champange…so i was nearly half drunk. photos…will not be uploaded due to lack of time =( DONE!
2day: English A1 SL paper 1
wasnt too bad 2day…except that i had a slight hangover due to the 20glasses of champange =) i did the prose…which was a story abt a child and a little dark-brown dog. considering that my words were "going to heaven" (means…i wasnt writing straight)…i guess i did relatively ok and could probably get wad im aiming for.
studied physics at serene centre with fish, sean, jono and steven for nearly 5hrs. it was good =) hope i can score for physics 2mr! =)
the prelims schedule is as follows:
Mon 8/9: English A1 SL Paper 1
Tue 9/9: Physics SL Paper 1 and 2
Wed 10/9: English A1 SL Paper 2
Thur 11/9: Chemistry HL Paper 1 and 2
Fri 12/9: Maths HL Paper 1, History HL Paper 1 and 2
Mon 15/9: REST DAY!
Tue 16/9: Maths HL Paper 2
Wed 17/9: Physics SL Paper 3
Thur 18/9: History HL Paper 3
Fri 19/9: Chemistry HL Paper 3
Mon 22/9: Maths HL Paper 3
as u can see…2 and a half weeks of exams…nearly everyday got paper =( jialat!
When you meet an obstacle but yet failed in overcoming it, always stand up and try again! V^^
