my whole sunday afternoon was burned when i went for war games @ sean’s church. compared 2 last year…we had more people joining us like debbie, janice and asher =) haha! i guess it was a rather good time 4 us to relieve stress and to really enjoy oursleves as one clique before all of us become anti-social and bury ourselves in our books…lol! celebrated janice’s birthday as well..though its a little early! haha!
now abt the war games…
i hav 2 say its a disappointment especially when i compared it 2 last yr. i mean…the games played last yr were more fun…especially the captain’s ball (haha..cuz we get 2 throw headless chicken, papaya, watermelon etc.). nvm abt the bias-ness everyone had against our grp due to some reason (which i shall nt say)…i personally feel that the game was too disorganised and had no clear instructions. after all…i felt lost half the time there…i mean (sry sean ><) but i only enjoyed myself when i was playing frisbee with fish, janice, jiahe, sean and shaoyi
1st game: hav a grp name and make a grp flag
no complains abt this. i gotta know my grp members…haha! (when half of them are my classmates). our grp leader was fiona so we named ourselves fiona’s fighters =) our grp colour was blue…but half of us (or 2 be more accurate…only ACS(I) ppl) were wearing red. (yea..and guess wad…the e red team was wearing blue =.=)
2nd game: create a shield
it was supposed 2 be creative so we created a mickey mouse shield. but somehow…it seems not creative enough when everyone else’s shield seemed so common. fine. and the red team won that round. ok.
3rd game: find the bomb and defuse it
sounded like Counter-strike…lol! i din even know wad was going on throughout the game…so the whole grp of us were juz walking together…strolling around…until i met sean. somehow he found the important clues so we went 2 find the "bombsite" but someone else were already there…like ages ago…dunno how…dun wanna know how! so u guessed it…red team won again.
4th game: carry a lighted candle up the stairs and light another candle
this game was probably the best game there. it really allowed shaoyi, fish, asher, jono, sean and i to really work together 4 a common goal..something which i liked very much. =) we kinda enjoyed ourselves except for some arrows along the way.
5th game: kill the terrorist and bring his gun back
this is wad we call playing smart! the rules states this: no one can kill other grp’s members unless the terrorist is dead. so wad we did was…WAIT! let everyone chiong the terrorist and let the terrorist kill them…while we wait and go for the final kill =) of cuz…needless to say…we won! =) beat that!
6th game: make ur own water bombs, hang it and burst it without the use of hands
i dun feel like commenting on this game. >< (my grp members will know why). some things are juz too obvious.
7th game: blow balloons and/or put water in them and throw them into target area
another game that requires BRAINS! kudos to the non-acs ppl in our grp for having such good aiming =) brains is when u hav different sizes of balloons for different purposes. small ones so that no one can hit them away…big ones 2 smash the other balloons away =) as expected…we won this round too!
last game: TOTAL WAR!
this was e most wt* game ever. there was no rules nor control. fine if thats the way its supposed to be…but when e game was near the end…i wanted 2 know who was still alive at the opposing team…no one wanna tell me! wad the ****! i mean everyone was standing there…it seemed as if the opposing did not even hav a single death! even after i threw a sponge and hit like the whole grp of them! it ended up…1 vs countless! how 2 play u tell me?! nvm lor…being nice…i continued lor…so while trying 2 avoid getting hit by water…i had 2 slip and land on my elbow joint *ouch*! now my joint is still hurting! argh!
ps: heys sean! dun need 2 keep apologising =) its ok! i think everyone had fun in one way or another =)
