Majority of my day was spent either in water or on water!
Went kallang for kayaking at 0830hrs before heading to hougang at 1830hrs for lifesaving! Now my whole body is glowing red with a tanktop tan! feeling so tired…plus my muscles are aching too!
Wad a day at the Olympics! Remember these two names: michael phelps and usain bolt!
phelps is on his way to immortality! Won his 7th gold medal and is now 1 gold medal away from creating history!
bolt on the other hand is officially (probably will still be for the next few years) the fastest man on earth with a timing of 9.68secs in 100m! still had time to slack off at e end…haiz…he could hav hit below 9.60secs!
like sean said “genetic lottery”…these two men are juz freaking mad!
anyway…good luck to Singapore table tennis 2mr! hope they put up a good fight and bring back the gold medal for Singapore!
