2day was retardedly slack =) haha!

physics was juz doing IB MCQ questions. PE was nonsense…had a detailed briefing on Xcountry…but the gd thing was e speaker was rather interesting and comical =). chem was practical…so yea…slack. PC lesson was playing computer games =). so e whole day was SLACK!

FRISBEE in e afternoon! really enjoyed myself during training =) haha! next week is IOC week..so cant go 4 frisbee…aww =(

the rest of the day at school was spent on emergency exercise plus principal’s debrief regarding the exercise…

had UYO Award Presentation Ceremony rehearsal in e afternoon…lasted nearly 2hrs =( 45mins was spent trying 2 get everyone settled down…lol!

thats all i can say 4 2day…haiz…

Nothing much to say about lessons 2day…except that tsaryong’s lesson was nonsense!

Had to do an essay for Jamie tan during her 1hr 20mins lesson…guess I wrote a mixture of nonsense and sense considering I only understood like half of wad I wrote on paper…lol!

Had an interesting conversation with asher, steven, sean, jono and jiahe during recess 2day…haha! We were like speculating whos gonna get married 1st…or whos gonna get divorced 1st…then we sidetrack abit 2 our views on having kids…lol! shall not elaborate further but I probably will not forget such a conversation for some time =)

Rest of day was juz revision due to upcoming prelims.

9 more days to IOC. 6 more weeks to prelims. JIAYOU!

Juz another slack day in sch…

History was all abt Korean war (in e morning period) and tsaryong talking abt OCS (that wasted like half e lesson in e afternoon period). It was rather engaging…haha! Since tsaryong started 2 share his experience in OCS while we keep spamming qns so that we could waste some time…lol! Digressed from OCS to Commandos to Naval Diving Unit to Guards to Rangers (No! nt power rangers)…lol!

Maths…half the lesson was taken up for us to do some survey by MOE known as School Quality Experience survey. its probably the most truthful survey i hav taken this year =)

Went for frisbee in e afternoon…it was fun! haha! im so addicted to frisbee now…lol!

Was supposed to do IOC and SGC…

But…I went to work part time instead =(

Was called up last min because a full time lifeguard took emergency leave…so I was there as a replacement only.

Worked from 3.30pm to 9.30pm…stoning, looking at ppl swimming…was rather boring considering I was doing lone ranger duty =( cannot socialize with anyone…

Hmm…nothing 2 say liao =(

So what if you fail?

and so…

went to sch and studied alone =) was camping in the npcc room all by myself..studying!! managed to thoroughly study 1chapter of chem…although i wanted 2 do IOC but haiz…end up doing chem =) haha!

saw the choir ppl preparing for their FOA performace…haha! and saw the BB and Scouts going mad and creating alot of noise =( but lucky…it din bother me =) hehe!

went for lifesaving training after that =) 2day was mad!!! had 2 swim 10laps in less than 10mins…lucky i managed 2 do it in less than 9mins…if nt malu sia =P after that…tread water 15mins without the use of hands! lastly…5laps of freestyle (without using legs) while having someone holding on to the legs! so shagged and my muscles are all aching =(

had relay match after that. 3 instructors (including me of cuz) vs 6 fastest students. students each swim 50m freestyle while instructors will swim 100m freestyle. Result: instructors won by half a lap =) haha!

NPCC Promotion Test for Year1s and 2s
Was appointed the “chief-examiner”…haha! Maybe cuz I was the most senior one there. Anyway…the results were oh my…it was horrible! its probably the 1st time i fail every single cadet. Even the teachers were so shocked at the results…none of the cadets was up to the standard in my opinion.
1) Uniform not ironed (this is like wtf?!)
2) Drills were nonsense (haiz…nothing 2 say)
3) Totally disregard for the fact that they r having a test (this is the ultimate!)
4) Im stunned and speechless!
In the end…after some persuasion and reasoning wid the teachers…it was decided that we will fail everyone and have a re-test the next training. Some people might think im crazy or mad but if u hav been there…the cadets’ standard were HAIZ….

MOVING ON…
Went for dinner with NCOs and one teacher-officer. Had a lot of fun gossiping and spamming random nonsense =) haha! Then went for drama performance together.

Festival of Arts: Drama
This was the highlight of my day =) haha! Went for drama club’s performance where they put up 3 plays.

The 1st play was rather ok…the best performance was probably by the 2 guys who were acting as girls…haha! Gotta praise the guy acting as “time”…he was really gd at imitating the hand movements of a clock.

2nd play was total nonsense…couldn’t understand a single thing =( so nothing much 2 say =(

3rd play was a classic! Considering that they won SYF Central Judging for Drama 2008: Gold With Honours…it was really worth the money =) will hav 2 thank Joshua and Asher[my classmates] (and of cuz the other drama club members) for putting up such an interesting and comical play for the audience…really enjoyed myself 2nite =)

During our time together,
We bickered but will always make up afterwards,
We also laughed and cried.
Since our meeting was coincidental,
I sometimes think that we may break up one day.
However, being in love is like this,
There is nothing to be afraid of.
I now understand the things that I have to do.
That is to work hard and keep on loving.

50cents for ice-balls? 60cents for papadum? its all in the name of charity =)

my class sold ice-balls with evaporated milk and sugar syrup with flavouring (apparently its a dessert during the early days of singapore) and papadum as our attempt to raise funds for charity.

it was basically an internal fight between papadum and ice-balls because our class-teacher tot that ice-balls would not sell…so the ice-balls team set out to prove him wrong =) and we managed to raise more funds than the papadum team (even after minus-ing our cost price…and papadum team did not spend a single cent for their cost)…so theoratically…we made ALOT more $$$ than the papadum team =) hehe!

but in e end…did not manage 2 sell finish all e ice…so..LOL!!! we ended up doing stupid stuff like…throwing ice-balls at each other and making milo ice-balls XD fish was quite sad…keep getting aimed at! haha! but the overall experience (including the aftermath) was rather fun! guess the class enjoyed themselves too (and because we get to pon class)!!! haha =)

stayed back in sch to do IOC with steven. learnt alot of useful tips and advice =) THANKS STEVEN!!!

Gonna relax 4 awhile…be4 i start my studying =)

At last…I feel the motivation 2 start mugging 4 my prelims =)

Its probably due to the recent mid yr results even though im nt sure myself…but who cares =) as long as I get my preferred grades to get into my preferred university!

Gonna start mugging IOC 1st…before I proceed 2 the other subjects =)

Sch 2day was rather slack again! Haha =) but managed 2 spent the time wisely doing maths qns…practice makes perfect! went for UCAS talk 2day on application to UK universities…looks like it will do me good if i apply only next yr…after taking my IB results =) after all…i hav 2yrs of NS (1yr if i succeed in getting SAF Overseas Scholarship)!

The countdown starts now: 2 more weeks to IOC…7 more weeks to prelims!

Anyone will taste humiliation once or twice in life.

Sch 2day felt so draggy…probably due to e fact that I was falling asleep in most lessons…so every lesson felt like eternity…
