Ouch! Wrist kena slight sprain…
cant believe im actually still typing this…although its really really really slow…LOL =) was juz doing some routine training…u know like those week in week out type of training…those ur really familiar with…but somehow i probably overworked myself and ended up spraining my left wrist slightly =( now its in bandage but i guess by 2mr…it shld be ok hopefully =)
haiz…now need 2 really recover asap since i have an ultimate frisbee competition on sat morning…and it is this coming sat!!! since its only a slight sprain…due to overworking…i guess by 2mr or fri there shldnt be any problem already =) i suddenly feel like im killing myself…both at sports and study…this feels so nonsensical…
